OXROX ALIVE was born in July 2016 as an idea to create a new Rock and Metal festival for Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties. The festival went ahead on Friday and Saturday 4th & 5th August 2017 at Abingdon United Football Club. Camping was available both nights. We saw Blaze Bayley and Guns 2 Roses headline the event with Desert Storm, Dog Tired, Fahran, Mercury Rising, Reece, IDestroy, Bad Solution, Cherokii, Raised By Hypocrites, Fury, Primitai, Alphawaves, Nasy High, Black Cat Bones, Trauma UK, Twisted State of Mind, One for Sorrow, Meansteed, and The Black Bullets.
